Venue Pricing and General Information - Weddings
Included in our wedding venue amenities are Groom’s and Bride’s rooms. Each room is furnished with a queen bed, a full bathroom and full length mirror, and is available for the night prior to and after the wedding. These rooms are located directly off the 1,200 square foot insulated, heated and cooled building & 600 square foot patio.
Wedding parties may have access to our venue 72 hours before the wedding for decorating. Clean up must be completed by 12:00pm on Sunday following weddings held on Friday or Saturday nights.
The cost of reserving this venue is $1500 paid in full 3 months prior to your event; this is non-refundable but can be transferred to another date or wedding party if needed.
The cleaning deposit is $500 and is fully refundable - to get your cleaning deposit back, you must leave the building and property as clean or cleaner than it was and place all furniture and decor back where it was prior to your event.

Reserve this 1,200 square foot insulated, heated and cooled building for your event! Or open the doors to the country air and our 600 square foot Covered Patio!
Ideal venue for company picnics, birthday parties, graduation parties, baby showers, anniversary showers, engagement parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties, fish fry’s, family reunions, wedding receptions, workshops, or small seminars 200 people or less.
Available by reservation: 8 a.m. until 1 a.m. Sunday through Saturday (some holidays excluded):
